Office Leasing
Major deals remained scarce on the Stuttgart office leasing market in Q3. Activity was strong with a total of 179 leases signed in the first nine months of the year, even higher than 2019's pre-pandemic levels. Despite this, however, the absence of deals involving more than 3,000 sqm led to extremely low take-up at just 86,200 sqm, which put results down from an already weak previous year.
Investment
The Stuttgart real estate investment market continued to pursue a favorable trend in Q3 2021 with transaction volume for the quarter coming in at over €370m. This Q3 result is up from the average volume recorded since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic by around €85m.
