The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic continued to make itself felt on the Stuttgart office leasing market in H1 2021. The city posted 50,900 sqm in take-up, the lowest H1 result recorded in the past 15 years. These low take-up levels can be attributed to the absence of large-scale deals involving more than 3,000 sqm. Despite this low result, leasing activity continued at an average pace with 110 leases signed.
