In the first half of 2022, the office letting market in Munich saw a take-up of approximately 389,700 sqm, which is roughly on a par with the long-term average.

In the first half of the year, the market achieved a transaction volume of around €1.3 billion. This corresponds to a decrease of 57% compared to the previous year.
