Hamburg posted a total of 592,200 sqm in take up in 2022 which reflects a yoy increase of roughly 26 %. That is the best overall result the city has seen in
the past 5 years. Units over 5,000 sqm performed particularly well, accounting for 34% (200 000 sqm). Hamburg’s strongest submarkets were City (25%) City Süd (17%) and HafenCity (15%).
Christian joined Colliers International in June 2019 in Hamburg. He studied Business Administration majoring Real Estate Management with an integraded dual studying system.
Now he is responsible for data analysis and management in Research-Services.
He is also working together with other business lines like capital markets and office agency teams in Hamburg. In addition to research, he takes also the acquisition and advice part of project developments.
