Total take-up at the end of Q3 2022 came to 485,300 sqm, up around 33% yoy and already exceeding the previous year’s annual result of 470,800 sqm. Take-up in the space segment of between 1,000 sqm and 2,000 sqm recorded the strongest yoy increase at 59%.
