Deals involving retail assets posted the highest quarterly result of the year to date and, in doing so, went against the trend on the overall market. Daily amenities assets continued to drive this robust performance. Assets anchored by food retail and strongcovenant retail chains continue to enjoy popularity with investors, in part due to the resilience they exhibited in the wake of the pandemic.
