Germany: Retail Investment Q3 2021

Download Report
A calm first half of the year was followed by a very strong third quarter in terms of transactions - even in a long-term comparison. Of the €6.3bn investment volume registered in the first nine months of the year, 57% was accounted for by the period from July to September. Retail properties thus once again occupy second place among the types of use - only slightly ahead of logistics properties.
