The office letting markets in Germany recovered slightly in the third quarter. In the top 7 office hubs, a total of around 2.0 million sqm of office space was taken up in the first 9 months. The last three months made a significant contribution of 868,000 sqm. Although the 10-year average was undercut by 16%, the deviation of the half-year was still 25%.
