Market at a glance

The office leasing markets of the TOP 7 were little affected by the changed macroeconomic environment in the first half of 2022. In the year to date, a total of more than 1.8 million sqm of office space has been taken-up. This represents an increase of 55% compared to the first half of 2021, with just over 1 million sqm in the months of April to June alone, a record for this period.
