Market at a glance

Germany's top 7 office leasing markets got off to a good start in 2022 with a substantial 785,600 sqm in take-up. These results are up almost 20% yoy and up 25% compared to Q1 2020. The country's leasing markets, however, have yet to fully recover from the impact of the pandemic with Q1 2022 results still falling short the strong take-up results posted pre-pandemic.
