In the first three quarters of 2022, the German TOP 8 industrial and logistics real estate markets generated a total take-up of 2.8 m sqm. Around 12 % of the total result was attributable to the aboveaverage owner-occupier settlement of Tesla in the logistics region of Berlin (around 327,000 sqm).
