The market recovery on the German investment market continued in Q3 with the strongest quarterly result of the year so far. The uncertainty caused by the pandemic largely disappeared over the summer. Even though a weak start to the year meant that the €40bn mark, which was always broken between January and September in the last three years, was not reached this time, the gap to the five-year average has now almost been made up.
