With take-up of 87,000 sqm in Q3, the office leasing market continues to show signs of movement. Demand has risen significantly, and occupiers are once again more willing to make decisions. The biggest year-on-year increase in vacancy was seen in Eschborn and banking district.



By the end of the third quarter, a transaction volume of approx. € 4.5 billion was registered on the Frankfurt investment market. The strong result is clearly characterized by high-rise transactions such as FOUR - T1, which was sold for a record volume of € 1.4 billion. These large transactions and the resulting high transaction volume disguise the still subdued transaction dynamics.
