The Frankfurt office market recorded roughly 437,500 sqm in take-up in 2021, up 33% yoy, a result that nevertheless puts the city 10% under the 10-year average. With 183,600 sqm and a 42% share in total take-up, Q4 surpassed all the year’s previous quarters. This can be primarily attributed to the high number of largescale leases signed for over 5,000 sqm in the final three months of the year.
