Following subdued tenant activity in H1, which was to be expected moving into the second year of the pandemic, Q3 saw increased activity across all space segments. Office take-up in the Düsseldorf metropolitan area remained generally stable yoy.
Investment
Activity on the Düsseldorf investment market picked up in Q2 2021 and the trend continued into Q3. However, with the due diligence process in many transactions still ongoing, we expect an even higher number of deals to be finalized in Q4.
