The office leasing market in the Cologne metropolitan area recorded 181,000 sqm in take-up in the first 9 months of 2021, reflecting a yoy increase of 36%. A total of 6 leases contributed around 50% to total Q3 take-up.

Properties and land sites changed hands for a total of €1.4bn on Cologne’s commercial investment market throughout the city during the first 3 quarters of the year. This result reflects a 44% yoy increase.
