The Cologne office leasing market recorded an extraordinary mid year take up result. Prime rents continued their favorable trend, coming in at 27 00 per sqm for the first time, while average rents were down to 16 20 per sqm.

Cologne’s investment market generated a transaction volume of roughly 700 m in H 1 2022. Despite a strong start to the year, the Cologne investment market saw market activity drop towards mid year with the number of deals down.
