Working for Colliers International since 2007. In charge of the Large-scale Letting Department in the Frankfurt office, responsible for 6 members of staff. Also representing the German Colliers offices in the Colliers EMEA Office Group. Advised many national and international firms, which have together rented more than 140,000m² of office space. I have extensive knowledge of negotiating tenancy agreements and, besides traditional terms and conditions such as the rent, service charges and incentives, attaches importance to all other economic components of a contract in the client’s interest. I have considerable success specifically with regard to optimising tenancy agreements without a move being entailed. Furthermore, on the property owner side market-leading companies trust me and have entrusted me with the exclusive marketing of their office properties. In all these extensive activities i have acquired comprehensive knowledge of every level of conducting negotiations.

Anna-Claire joined Colliers in 2011 to develop the Colliers International Retail Division Frankfurt am Main. As Head of Retail Letting Frankfurt, Anna-Claire oversees advising national and international retailers and real estate owners on the development of their retail portfolio. With over 10 years of experience, she is an expert on High Street retail locations, brokerage, development of retail and mixed-use properties and expansion strategy with a focus on the Frankfurt Rhein Main Metropolitan Region.

Prior to joining Colliers, Anna-Claire worked for Amazon.com in Seattle, USA as well as for a family private wealth management office in Bellevue, Washington. She holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the Johann Wolfgang Goethe-Universität Frankfurt am Main.

Kamill is the Managing Director of Colliers International Valuation GmbH and Head of Valuation Germany since April 2018. Prior to joining Colliers, he worked for DTZ in London in the valuation and investment departments before moving to VR WERT, a subsidiary of DZ HYP of the DZ Bank Group, Germany's largest property lender over the past seven years, where he was the Head of International Valuation for five years and active within the HypZert professional valuation organization and the Association of German Pfandbriefbanks (vdp).

With a focus on a strong client-driven approach on quality, timing and service, Kamill has more than 15 years of experience working in German and international real estate markets, valuing portfolios and single assets across all major asset classes on behalf of banks and institutional investors. He is a chamber of commerce certified real estate developer and carries the MRICS (RICS Registered Valuer), HypZert (F), Recognised European Valuer (REV) and World Recognized Valuer (WAVO WRV) qualifications.

Well respected within the industry, Eva is a Managing Director with over 20 years of global experience within Real Estate. Eva has a wealth of knowledge having advised clients from a transaction, consulting, architectural and civil engineer perspective.

As Managing Director of Occupier Services in Germany, Eva drives strategy, client service delivery and supports the growth of Colliers’ occupier business.

Eva leads with her team integrated service delivery for all occupier clients specialising in corporate real estate services, portfolio strategy, transaction management, brokerage, lease administration, project management, workplace services, and facilities management outsourcing advisory across Germany.

Prior to joining Colliers, Eva worked for CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield, where she has held a leadership role within their Global Occupier business in Germany, as Head of Transaction Management. She has gained extensive global experience advising clients over the last 25+ years. She supported corporations on their global real estate organization and strategy over the last 10 years, having worked across EMEA, North America and Asia Pacific. 

Eva currently serves as a mentee for students of the Technical University of Munich and is a member of CoreNet.

She has lived and worked internationally and has a deep understanding of the cultural and regional challenges within a global organisation.
