Octavia-Roxana is a Business Analyst in our Global Business in the area of Occupier Services. She is located in Munich and mainly focusing on Finance, Change Management, Project- and Process Management. Furthermore, she gained experiences from different industries such as automotive, media & marketing sector as well as in the trade and construction industry.
Before she joined Colliers Octavia-Roxana worked in the area of Business Consultancy for forensic, auditing, taxation and real estate international organisations, as well as DAX companies in different locations and cultures (4,5 years in total).
With her long period as an entrepreneur she was able to gather extensive experience and expertise in various industries, like pharmaceuticals, banking and service sector.

Octavia-Roxana holds a Master of Science Degree in European Business Consulting from the University of Applied Sciences in Munich and a Bachelor in International Business from Landshut.
She spent a semester abroad at the Universidad Politecnica de Valencia, Spain with a focus on European tourism and marketing management.
Independent work and high adaptability as well as cultural awareness assured due to the establishment (2005) of a small business with the aim, to collect project-based experience in various industries during the vocational training and study time.
Vocational training as Office Communication Manager at the subsidiary of Lufthansa AG.

With a background of 20+ years professional experience in commercial real estate Wolfgang joined Colliers Corporate Solutions Germany in 2009 as Director Corporate Services, where he is based in the Munich office.
Since 2011 he is Managing Partner.
He is currently responsible for several Key Accounts and works successfully on several projects with a focus on serving the diverse real estate needs of national and international corporate clients and creating real value for the clients. He works actively with clients to develop an in-depth understanding of their key corporate real estate strategies, creating customized individual real estate solutions to meet their objectives and then oversee the execution and realization of those strategies on an on-going basis. Wolfgang also takes an active and pro-active part in the growth and development of the Corporate Solutions platform in EMEA.
Wolfgang has held several executive positions within an international corporate real estate company, where he was successfully involved in all kinds of real estate transactions and services.
Ronja joined our Corporate Solutions Team in Hamburg in September 2018.
Ronja studied Real Estate Management at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts in Holzminden. During her studies she worked as a working student at alstria Office REIT-AG. She gained insights into the Sustainability & Future Research division. This enabled her to become familiar with the interfaces between the different life cycles of a property and sustainability.
Prior to that, Ronja studied for her Bachelor of Engineering at the Hochschule 21 in Buxtehude. The bachelor's degree was dual, therefore she worked as a trainee at Apoprojekt Gmbh. In project and construction management she learned that a solution can be found for every problem. The bachelor's degree gave her the opportunity to obtain a degree in real estate management at the Chamber of Industry and Commerce and a degree in business administration from the Chamber of Crafts.
