Bettina has over 20 years of experience with commercial and residential real estate business, with more than ten years focusing on hotels. Bettina’s career started with the completion of an apprenticeship as state-approved business correspondent in French and English. With the establishment of the company in 2008, Bettina becomes the office manager and assists Andreas Erben, the Managing Director, and supports the hotel project development and letting team in day-to-day business, routine letters, correspondence, purchase and lease process, and creating contract offers or agreements as well as investment memorandums.
