Nearly 70% of investors worldwide are taking environmental factors into account during their due diligence. That's one of the findings of a study by Colliers, which was exploring how deeply ingrained ESG thinking now is. "They want to know if the building they will acquire is prepared in terms of EU taxonomy. They want to have a clean portfolio in the long-run," says Oana Stamatin, Colliers' new ESG Director for CEE.
