Tomas has joined the valuation team of Colliers International in Prague as Valuation Analyst in March 2022. Prior to this, Tomas worked as a residential real estate valuer since 2016.
Tomas has been involved in the valuation of all type of commercial real estate assets including office, retail and industrial/ logistics sector as well as residential properties and development sites located in the Czech Republic for various purposes, including loan security, accounting and acquisition purposes.

Barbora joined Colliers in March 2022 as Junior Valuation Analyst. She brings previous experience in construction preparation and documentation administration related to building construction and leasing. She worked at Gemo, a construction company, as an assistant to the chief project manager and at Jones Lang LaSalle, where she managed real estate documentation for the company DEKA.
Jiri started his career in real estate as a project manager with Skyrider Development in 2012. He then moved into a financial analyst position with Canada ICI Capital Corporation in 2013, adding his experience and knowledge of commercial real estate market in Canada. Jiri joined valuation team of Colliers International in Prague in December 2015.
Vendula joined Colliers in November 2019 as Head of Valuation and Advisory Services.
She has been working in the Commercial Real Estate industry in the field of valuation for over 10 years. From the previous employment in Jones Lang LaSalle, Vendula has an in-depth knowledge and expertise in leading various valuations instructions. She was responsible for valuations of all type of commercial real-estate assets including office, retail and industrial & logistics sector as well as residential properties and development sites located in the Czech Republic for financing, accounting and acquisition purposes. She concluded valuations of large real estate portfolios for international and local clients and/or major financial institutions.
Vendula’s role includes responsibility for valuation department, leading the team of 2 senior valuers, providing guidance, motivation and team development. She is responsible for team strategy, planning and budgeting, securing valuation instructions, client care and business development.
