In Real Estate and in the Czech Republic, Tewfik started his career in 1999, out of which he spent 16 years with Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL). During these 16 years with JLL, Tewfik was a key CEE leader and instrumental to the growth of JLL’s business in the Czech Republic. Tewfik was heading various departments and business lines between 2003 and 2010, such as Office Agency, Industrial, Retail and Residential.
From 2007 till January 2017 Tewfik was the Managing Director of JLL in Czech and in 2011 he became one of three key CEE Board Members overseeing seven countries in the CEE/SEE region and aiming at setting up strategies and connecting the region’s platform and clients. In September 2017 Tewfik set up his own Consultancy firm "THREESIXTY" with his partners, which eleven month later it merged with Colliers International and Tewfik became a Managing Partner at Colliers International Czech Republic.

Among Tewfik’s daily responsibilities and activities were setting up wider business strategies, supporting business growth, conducting management tasks, strategic planning, business development and advising both clients and end-users. Tewfik was working closely with the various leasing, advisory and investment business lines on an on-going basis to win and grow the business and he was constantly focused on developing client relationships. Over these ten years as Managing Director, the office has seen a constant growth in revenues, profits and a head count growth in the Czech office.
Tewfik was also instrumental in setting up new business lines in the Czech Republic such as Tétris Design & Build (Fit Out and Design Solutions) and Residential and was involved in the planning and process implementation of a major M&A across Europe and in Czech back in 2011, when acquiring King Sturge, where he was directly responsible for the planning, team restructuring, execution and the internal and external communication of the M&A across Czech and Slovakia.
Education
Tewfik went to the German school in Cairo - Egypt " DEO (Deutsche Evangelische Oberschule)" where he completed the German Abitur certificate and then graduated from the "AUC – American University Cairo" with a Major in Economics with a specialization in Macro and Micro Economics, Money & Banking, Financial Markets and Comparative Economic Systems & Models.

Petr is active on the Prague´s real estate market since 2001.
Petr has joined Colliers in 2018 as a Partner and is part of the office leasing department. Petr take active role in identifying potential leads, dealing with ongoing transactions and negotiation on behalf of our clients. Petr offers a consultancy and advisory services to clients: investors, developers and occupiers.
Prior joining Colliers Petr was for 5 years with JLL and 12 years with CA Immo where he was responsible for the leasing activities of the Prague´s office portfolio which represented approx. 115,000 sqm and consisted of five office buildings.
Ondřej's primary goal as director of Design & Build is setting up the business strategies, business development and mainly the assurance of the fulfilment of the client´s requirements and standards. With more than 8 years experience delivering fit-out projects in Czech Republic Ondřej has proved his capability to deliver any kind of fit-out works. Even when Ondřej has focused his career on the Construction Management area, he also has experience as Project Manager, proven by successfully delivered project for Comap company (7,500 m2).
Prior to joining Colliers Ondřej worked at Tétris Design & Build and his responsibilities included:
- Supervising and delivering Turn Key projects including construction & M&E
- Contracting, tendering and preparing price offers including time schedules tendering and project pricing.
Prior to his joining Tétris, Ondřej worked on various residential and commercial projects e.g. Refurbishment of Visitors center of Staropramen Brewery, Villas Troja, Apartment building Salabka and Development at Řepkové pole Slivenec.
As a Design & Build Construction Manager, Ondřej has completed over 36,000 m2 of fit-out works in the last 6 years
Since August 2019, Director of Workplace Advisory. I joined Colliers in April 2012 to take over the role of Head of Office Agency and in August 2018 I was promoted to the position Director of Business Development. I am responsible for Occupier Services including Workplace Advisory which is followed by Test Fits, Fit-out design and building process, i.e. following the full occupancy process communicating with our clients including large corporates such as SAP, Microsoft or UniCredit Bank. I closely cooperate also with Office Agency to support the full scope of service connected with office occupancy.
Prior to joining Colliers, I worked as the Managing Director of Bank Austria Real Invest Asset Management CR. I was responsible for providing full asset management services to internal (Real Invest Europe investment fund) as well as external clients (Pramerica Real Estate Investors). I managed portfolio of 9 properties in Czech Republic as well as Slovakia of the total value close to 200 mil. EUR and lettable area of 100,000 sq.m.
With 25 years post qualification experience in the UK and in Central and Eastern Europe David has both managed and worked within international teams to deliver projects ranging from infrastructure service relocations and public sector housing to large retail and commercial developments.
Matyas Prochazka is senior asset and property manager with over 17 years of experiences in in the Czech real estate industry. He draws on a wide knowledge relating particularly to all aspects of the operational management of commercial buildings.
Matyáš first joined Colliers International in January 2015 to run our newly established Real Estate Management Services (REMS) Department.
Prior to joining Colliers, Matyáš worked as a Senior Property Manager for CBRE/EMCM in Prague. In this position he was fully responsible for the daily operations of a number of office, shopping malls and mixed use buildings for international and local investors.
Matyáš started his career in June 2004 with King Sturge Prague, an international real-estate advisory company where he managed a number of office properties. His duties covered the full spectrum of property management services for clients such SachsenFonds and private UK investment funds.
