Director, Head of Office and Workplace Advisory
Since August 2019, Director of Workplace Advisory. I joined Colliers in April 2012 to take over the role of Head of Office Agency and in August 2018 I was promoted to the position Director of Business Development. I am responsible for Occupier Services including Workplace Advisory which is followed by Test Fits, Fit-out design and building process, i.e. following the full occupancy process communicating with our clients including large corporates such as SAP, Microsoft or UniCredit Bank. I closely cooperate also with Office Agency to support the full scope of service connected with office occupancy.
Prior to joining Colliers, I worked as the Managing Director of Bank Austria Real Invest Asset Management CR. I was responsible for providing full asset management services to internal (Real Invest Europe investment fund) as well as external clients (Pramerica Real Estate Investors). I managed portfolio of 9 properties in Czech Republic as well as Slovakia of the total value close to 200 mil. EUR and lettable area of 100,000 sq.m.

Senior Associate | Workplace Advisory
After one year of scene change (working as a Senior Consultant for JLL Office Agency) I reunited with Colliers to become a Workplace Consultant.
Originaly I was a member of the Colliers Office Agency which I joined in January 2014 as a Research & Marketing Specialist. I was providing full office market research, preparing market reports, marketing materials and press releases, compiling proposals for RFI´s and RFP´s, and helping to put together numerous successful Tenant Representation proposals and pitches. I have been advising landlords and tenants on all aspects of marketing real estate and leasing or acquiring office accommodation.
In 2015 I have started to work as an Office Letting Agent and Consultant, representing the landlord side, negotiation of lease terms, ensuring smooth communication between the landlord and tenant and making their expectations meet. In 2018 I have been promoted to a senior possition.
Prior to joining Colliers Office agency, I worked for as an CE Market Research Analyst in the industrial department of Cushman & Wakefield and I was also reporting agents activity and it´s outcomes to landlords such as Prologis, Segro and Goodman.
Between years 2000 and 2010, I was active in the film industry and as of 2003 in a role of a Film Production Manager. To name some of the clients I have worked with – Proctor & Gamble, Henkel, Palmolive, DHL and Mc Donald’s.
Through my 22 years of experience with client care, out of which 10 years on the Czech real estate market, I am sensitive to all requirements and needs of clients which combined with my market reasearch experiencehas given me a head-start in solving any issues in aquiring a suitable space. From previous employments I also have a thorough experience in marketing, budgeting, project management, organizing teams and events, translating and interpreting.

Jan joined Colliers as of April 2019 and is part of the Office Agency team focusing on Landlords representation and Brokerage. Jan provides site visits for the clients, preparatios of Heads of Terms and finalization of the successful moving of the tenant.
Before joining Colliers International Jan has been managing housing portfolio in Prague with responsibility for marketing and client’s accommodation and also working as a Project Manager for Hochman & Partners. As a Project Manager Jan worked on the creation of the site gdprforum.cz and was part of the team working for Makro ČR.

Petr is active on the Prague´s real estate market since 2001.
Petr has joined Colliers in 2018 as a Partner and is part of the office leasing department. Petr take active role in identifying potential leads, dealing with ongoing transactions and negotiation on behalf of our clients. Petr offers a consultancy and advisory services to clients: investors, developers and occupiers.
Prior joining Colliers Petr was for 5 years with JLL and 12 years with CA Immo where he was responsible for the leasing activities of the Prague´s office portfolio which represented approx. 115,000 sqm and consisted of five office buildings.
Senior Associate | Office Agency
I have been working as the senior Tenant representation consultant in the Prague Colliers Office Agency since 2013. Since then I have worked with both local and international companies and corporations, amongst the others with McKinsey, Red Hat, Microsoft, BMW, Opel, Beiersdorf, Amway, BDP, Tarsago and others.
Prior to joining Colliers, I worked for Gardiner&Theobald as construction coordinator of retail units during reconstruction and expansion of Shopping Centre Cerný Most, Prague. In this role I was responsible for managing all aspects of Landlord - Tenant contact prior and during construction as well as at the opening of the new shopping centre. In the same role I also acted for ECE Projekt- management Prague, as construction coordinator of the retail units in Shopping Centre Arkády Pankrác, Prague.
Prior to experience in construction industry I spent 3,5 years in the USA, Boston, working for SHORENSTEIN CO., Bay Colony, as Property manager. In this position I was co-responsible for management of the property comprising of 98.000 m2 of premium office space on 23,5ha of park campus, occupied by 50+ top quality companies.
The main experience in office letting prior to my current engagement I gained while working for Jones Lang LaSalle, Prague, as office leasing advisor.

Marek joined Colliers as an Office Agency Assistant in June 2021. Since May 2022, he is also an assistant to the Workplace Advisory team. Prior to this role, he passed a Marketing internship in the U.S.-based Braathe Enterprises. Besides, he also worked as an Assistant to the Marketing and Commercial department at Lagardére Duty Free on the Václav Havel Airport in Prague.
