Iván Ortega is a professional in project management, marketing and sales, with more than 20 years of experience in Real Estate in national and transnational companies, with a master's degree in Business Administration. He has strong skills in project management and feasibility, sales, negotiation and customer service, digital marketing, and processes and research.
Knowledge of the real estate market, clients and close relationship with financial entities have given him a comprehensive vision of the market and its possibilities.
His passion for market intelligence, data analytics and digital marketing allow him to confront the reality of today's market with certainty. He has criteria based on information put at the service of successful negotiation.
He has proven ability to constantly innovate, and is oriented to easily communicate his ideas and positions, in addition to his ease of forming work teams and developing the maximum potential.
He has extensive experience in the creation and training of work teams, and he feels very comfortable leading and empowering people to get the best out of each one.
He consolidated negotiation and sales skills initially as a real estate agent, participating in more than 800 successful negotiations, later he served as Marketing and Sales Manager in important real estate companies where he was able to collaborate in more than 1500 verified sales, which helped him build experience in sales management and customer service. His strength in digital marketing, lead generation, management and conversion, gave him an advantage when implementing marketing strategies.
He managed the Marketing and Sales departments of companies such as Grupo Vila, Su Casa Desarrollos and collaborated with companies such as Proyectos Cordillera, Asepipasa, Siglo XXI, Dream Zones, among others.
