César Ricardo Cano Lemus began his real estate career in February 2010, at the company Caceres y Ferro Finca Raíz, a real estate company with great tradition and professionalism in Colombia. He leaning from the beginning to corporate business. In 2012, due to his good results, he was promoted to the multinational division that represents Colliers International in Colombia, managing to close several important transactions, leading the Tenant Representation process. In 2014 he left Colliers International to structure and lead the Retail team at the opening of the American multinational corporate real estate services company Newmark Knight Frank in Colombia. In January 2015, he joined Idea Innovative Real Estate Services, a Spanish company specialized in the structuring and marketing of real estate projects with emphasis on Shopping Centers, to direct his Bogotá office. Since then he has served as IDEA Regional Director for Latin America. In January 2019, he rejoins Colliers International with the aim of directing the areas of Retail and the Structuring of commercial, residential and office Real Estate Projects. In addition, in development it directs the Management, conceptualization, design, marketing and commercialization of the entire portfolio of projects.
Accomplishments
Among the most relevant projects he has worked on is the structuring and development of the expansion of the Plaza Guatapurí Shopping Center in Valledupar for the company Conconcreto. He also directed the commercialization of La Serrezuela Shopping Center, a luxury brand shopping center in Cartagena. In addition, César directed the design, commercial and financial structuring of the Spring Plaza Shopping Center, of which he also currently directs the commercialization.

Paulo Andrés Velásquez Pérez began his real estate career in 2007, focused on the sale of residential and commercial properties, in the company Inmobiliaria La Soledad, known for its track record in the sector, with more than 40 years of experience.
Thanks to the learning obtained and the good results, he undertook as an independent in the real estate sector from 2009, closing mostly residential transactions and establishing excellent relationships with clients.
At the end of the year 2,015 he joined the real estate company Luque Medina in the position of sales commercial advisor, leaving aside independence and looking for a recognized brand that would support his work and allow him to close better transactions.
In February 2,016 he was hired by Caceres and Ferro Finca Raíz, in the position of Commercial Sales Consultant, a position in which he served for 3 years and obtained excellent results.
