• In Q1, the top three demand drivers in Chengdu’s Grade A office market were traditional finance, business service and TMT. Demand remained stable, with a net absorption of 29,300 sq m (315,200 sq ft). One new building came online, located in Tianfu New Area, with a GFA of 54,000 sq m (581,000 sq ft). This pushed up vacancy 0.5 pps QOQ. Rents of Financial City and Dayuan slightly rose due to active demand in the Hi tech Zone and the rapid development of Jiaozi Park Business District.
