• In Q1, the top three demand drivers in Chengdu’s Grade A office market were traditional finance, business service and TMT. Demand remained stable, with a net absorption of 29,300 sq m (315,200 sq ft). One new building came online, located in Tianfu New Area, with a GFA of 54,000 sq m (581,000 sq ft).
