Colliers is pleased to be appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for Zhongwang Tower in Beijing. This appointment was made based on Colliers’ forward-looking service concept and rich experience in real estate operation and management.

Beijing Zhongwang Tower is one of the few international Grade A office buildings of the highest standards. It was awarded the Luban Award, LEED Platinum, and Green Building Two Star Certification. Zhongwang Tower is a landmark building in Wangjing CBD area and has been designed according to the highest standards of the international Grade A office market from the very beginning, with many "the best in China" achievements.

The exterior design of Zhongwang Tower was created by Aedas, an internationally renowned architectural design firm, and the interior design was completed by Gensler, a top design firm in the industry that has undertaken landmark projects such as the Shanghai Tower. 15-meter-high double lobby design, with 3 elevator partitions. The iconic "Venus", "Nebula" and "Milky Way" themed crystal light sets are handcrafted by Baccarat, a renowned French crystal chandelier brand.

The flooring is made of German beige marble with warm and natural color textures, and some of the stones have precious ancient fossils deposited inside.

Constructions adopted the most advanced Japanese SKK fireproof coating, which cost more than three times that of ordinary coating and does not contain any mineral components harmful to human body.

With advanced operation systems such as rainwater collection and reuse, heat recovery of new exhaust air and natural cooling water in winter.

Adopting ice storage and cooling VAV air conditioning system to provide tenants with sufficient amount of coolness in hot weather.
