Colliers Appoints New Director of Cultural & Leisure Operations to Accelerate Business Growth in Cultural Tourism Real Estate

Andy Zeng joins Colliers as Director of Cultural & Leisure Operations

GUANGZHOU, 2 JUNE 2021 – Leading diversified professional services and investment management firm Colliers (NASDAQ and TSX: CIGI) has today announced the appointment of Andy Zeng as Director of Cultural & Leisure Operations. Based in Guangzhou, Andy will be primarily responsible for growing Colliers’ cultural tourism real estate business in Southern China, whilst overseeing business activities in the surrounding regions.

With 17 years of experience in commercial real estate, Andy managed various commercial projects, including mixed-use properties, shopping malls, commercial streets and cultural and leisure projects, with a strong focus on project positioning, sales and marketing, as well as leasing and operations. Andy has extensive hands-on experience in the life cycles of real estate projects. His innovative spirit and willingness to take up challenges is especially evident, when it comes to exploring new areas of business.

Prior to joining Colliers, Andy assumed the roles of Research Director and Chief Investment Officer at various reputed real estate developers in China. During his tenure as RD and CIO, he successfully launched a new healthcare-related area of business and spearheaded land acquisitions when he was leading the project positioning as well as sales and leasing departments. Previously, Andy had also worked for leading consulting firms where he led numerous commercial as well as cultural and leisure projects.
