Ms. Hua joined Colliers International with comprehensive experience in hospitality industry and commercial real estate, providing consulting, landlord representative and leasing services in commercial real estate. Currently, Ms. Hua served as manager in industrial services team and provide consultancy and site section services.
Prior to joining Colliers, Ms. Hua has served for hotel management company and conducted feasibility study on developing Hilton Double Tree hotel and Energy Center Five office building in Houston, USA. Ms. Hua provided consultancy services for China Taiping and Financial Street Holdings regarding to the office leasing strategy and marketing. In addition, Ms. Hua also took lead in Kr Space project and help Kr Space to open a new co-working center (over 10,000 sqm) in Financial Street.
In industrial market, Ms. Hua has served clients including international manufacturers, business park operators, logistics developers and investors. The services she provided covers consultancy, site selection service, leasing and acquisition service which covers manufacturers, logistics and business park sectors.
