The team shaping our vision
Rafael started his career at Colliers International Chile in 2009 as manager of the office division. After boosting the division to a leading market position, he was named sales manager in 2012. Since then he has successfully developed new business areas, and has launched the consulting, property and facility management, and project management divisions.
In 2015 he was named general manager and has since led the company’s operations in Chile, reporting directly to the board of directors. Additionally, Rafael continues to run the nonprofit educational corporation Crea +, which he founded in 2003 and that currently has over 2,000 volunteers in Brazil, Peru and Chile.
Jaime Ugarte joined Colliers International in May 2011 as Administration and Finances Director, Jaime is responsible for the operational and financial management for the company.

Roberto is currently President and CEO of the Santiago branch, responsible of all operations concerning of office, retail, industrial and investment markets. He is the founder of Colliers Chile and partner of Colliers Argentina with an experience of 40 years.
As a real estate developer Roberto participated in the creation of the real state agency Prosin Industrial (prior Colliers), which was focused on the industrial market, developing the main industrial parks of Chile.
Roberto has participated actively in other real estate projects such as consulting and opening Colliers office´s in Latin America. He was partner of Lend Lease, which was around the 1990´s the biggest property management and investor funding company.
