Rafael started his career at Colliers International Chile in 2009 as manager of the office division. After boosting the division to a leading market position, he was named sales manager in 2012. Since then he has successfully developed new business areas, and has launched the consulting, property and facility management, and project management divisions. In 2015 he was named general manager and has since led the company’s operations in Chile, reporting directly to the board of directors. Additionally, Rafael continues to run the nonprofit educational corporation Crea +, which he founded in 2003 and that currently has over 2,000 volunteers in Brazil, Peru and Chile.
