- In the first half of 2021, the total value of investment transactions was EUR 19 mln. This is the lowest registered volume since 2011, mainly due to the slowdown caused by the pandemic.
- Breakdown by sectors: 43% were accounted for transactions with retail assets, followed by residential (29%), offices (17%) and industrial and logistics space (11%).
- Yields in the retail sector remained stable, while those in industrial and office space compressed.

Georgi Kirov joined Colliers in 2002 as Consultant Commercial Brokerage Services. Soon after he took the lead of the Investment Sales team and has overall responsibility for the Valuations team. He has led the Department since 2006 and provides consultancy services to local and international property developers and investors.
Prior to joining Colliers International Georgi completed an internship at the Bulgarian National Bank.

Her primary responsibilities are data collection and analysis, processing and carrying out market research surveys, writing various real estate market reports. Adriana is the person to turn to for accurate and updated data and analysis regarding various topics, not limited to real estate. She supports internal clients with corporate presentations and reports, customized to their specific needs and requests. Among her major projects are the implementation of the Net Promoter Score program, Colliers Bulgaria Client Follow-up program and Integis. In 2014 she received Colliers Bulgaria Service Excellence Award for business support functions.
