The building is easily accessible both from the city centre (Eastbound traffic) via a 2-lane tunnel after the 4th kilometre of Tzarigradsko Shousse Blvd and for Westbound traffic via Tzarigradsko Shousse, taking the exit for to The Mall. A new road to/ from the building will be completed in 2018 - a direct connection to G.M. Dimitrov Blvd.
