Colliers advises SAP on the selection of their new office building in Bulgaria

SAP deal

The largest investment deal on the office market in the last three years

The international software company SAP has acquired the newly completed class A office building Park Lаnе Offісе Cеntеr, where it plans to consolidate all of its employees. This is the largest investment transaction in the office sector in Bulgaria in the last three years.

Раrk Lаnе Оffісе Сеntеr was completed in June this year and already hosts the headquarters of Allianz Bulgaria, which brought together more than 600 of its employees from 9 different locations, again with the professional assistance of Colliers.
The transaction involved a collaboration between Colliers Bulgaria and the Colliers EMEA Corporate Capital Solutions teams.

"It was an honour and a privilege to be part of this landmark deal in this three and a half years journey. Driven by the mission to create a productive and attractive environment for its employees and clients, the consolidation of SAP into such a quality property is a truly gratifying accomplishment for our team," said Verka Petkova-Shekerova, Director of Business Development at Colliers.

"Corporate culture today is more important than ever and taking care of its creation and development is what will distinguish the companies of the future," said Iglika Yordanova, Managing Partner at Colliers.

Robert Campkin, Head of EMEA Corporate Capital Solutions at Colliers, said: “An office acquisition of this magnitude demonstrates that owner-occupiers are willing to make an investment when well-located, high quality buildings that offer their employees a safe and flexible workspace become available.”

“SAP are delighted to realise a significant investment into our Bulgarian location. The Park Lane Office Center is a state of the art facility that will deliver flexible space to allow our developers to further innovate and create solutions for the benefit our customers. Our sales and service operations will also thrive in this new environment with resulting enhancements to the customer experience”, added Michael Roper, SAP GRF EMEA Vice President.
