Professional Summary

Georgi Kirov joined Colliers in 2002 as Consultant Commercial Brokerage Services.  Soon after he took the lead of  the Investment Sales team and has overall responsibility for the Valuations team. He has led  the Department since 2006 and provides consultancy services to local and international property developers and investors.

Prior to joining Colliers International Georgi completed an internship at the Bulgarian National Bank. 

Georgi is Member of RICS.

Accomplishments

Sale of the Praktiker porfolio in Bulgaria.

Sale the DHL logistics center in Sofia, Bulgaria.

He led and completed the largest  real estate transaction for offices in Southeast Europe – the sale of Business Park Sofia, Bulgaria, with transaction volume of US$ 251 million.

Sale of SAP headquarters in Sofia, in 2021. And many more transactions...

He is a member of Colliers CEE Capital Markets Group. 

Georgi is the winner of Colliers “Service Excellence” award for 2011.
