Dimitrinka is heading Retail Services agency in Colliers. For more than 14 years she has been having a key role in the department, providing consultancy and representation services for major projects such as: Sofia Ring Mall, The Mall, Mall of Sofia, Grand Mall Varna Burgas Plaza, Mall Plovdiv, Galleria Burgas, Galleria Stara Zagora, Jumbo Plaza, Retail Park Varna.
Dimitrinka has worked closely with companies in various industries and developed long-term relationships with most of the developers and retail operators on the Bulgarian and international market, such as GTC, Bluehouse, Danaos, Orchid Developments, Trinity Capital, Inditex, H&M, LPP Group, Fit Invest International, to mention a few.
Dimitrinka is a repetitive winner of Colliers Bulgaria internal awards in the following categories: “Sales Person” (H2 2016, H2 2017),” Most Business Referrals” (2014), “Service Excellence/NPS Winner” (2015, H2 2016, H1 2017, H2 2018, H2 2019, 2020) and “Best Colleague” (H1 2014, H1 2015, H2 2019).

As of 2016, Janeta is dedicated to supporting the activities of the Retail Services team. She has been working with both local and international companies and clients, providing them the highest level of customer service and building long-term commercial relationships. Janeta’s main accountabilities have been prospecting and generating leads, constantly expanding her professional network, identifying client needs, negotiations, closing deals. As a sales person, Janeta is very service-oriented and is guided by the principle to make sure the client feels confident about the quality of the service they have received.
