Professional Summary

Daniela Boytcheva joined Colliers International in July 2004 as a member of the Marketing Department. During her work in this Department, she enhanced her organizational and client communication skills.

By the end of 2006 Daniela became part of the Offices & Business Parks team in Sofia. Currently she combines two roles - Manager Logistics & Industrial Services and Manager Key Accounts Office Services.

Daniela’s experience in the marketing and leasing process, which includes exclusive projects such as Residential Park Sofia, Business Park Varna, Business Park Sofia, BenchMark Business Center and others, helps her meet project targets in an efficient and professional manner.

Before joining Colliers, she completed several internships in governmental and financial institutions in the sphere of communication.

Accomplishments

Daniela secured transactions in some of the most innovative office, logistics and industrial projects in Bulgaria.  Among them are  Capital Fort, Infinity Tower, Business Park Sofia, Serdika  Center, ETC, Sofia Airport Center, Trade Center Europe, Logistic Park BERS, Logisitc Park Varna, Logistic Park ZMM, Industrial Park Sofia East.
