The Puilaetco office in Antwerp: contemporary and fully modular

In 2018, Colliers Belgium was selected to design and fit out various offices of the Puilaetco private bank. In the context of this framework contract, a first common charter exercise for all meeting places for customers was developed. This charter defines the general look & feel, the design, the colours, the materials, the furniture, the lighting, etc. Everything was thought out by our team in order to reflect the values and the universe of Puilaetco. The result: a harmonious and elegant ensemble where the modernity of black and grey tones and the warmth of the different touches of wood and gold blend together.

Based on these guidelines, Colliers Belgium has carried out Design & Build assignments for several of Puilaetco's offices in Belgium: Waregem, Liège, Namur and Antwerp. Other projects are still in progress.

For the Antwerp office, our latest completed project for Puilaetco, our interior architect adapted the concept to the building chosen by the client. It is a modern and trendy office of 440 sqm, located on the 5th floor, with a magnificent view of the Scheldt. The view is a great asset for the Antwerp’s team, which also wanted to be able to welcome clients for events. The terrace, which has also been fitted out, also allows the view to be enjoyed and provides extra space for any guests.

Many touches of wood warm up the spaces, especially in the reception area, where our interior architect had the Puilaetco logo placed on a panelled wall to highlight it.

The kitchen has been designed as a warm, bright and elegant space to hold various events. Movable wall panels have been installed in order to free up the entire space and to enjoy the view, the bar and the terrace. All the furniture in this area can be moved or folded as required. When all the panels are open, the entire kitchen area can be used, as well as the two meeting rooms. The ideal space to offer the clients a moment of exception.
