Colliers & Colourfish broker a new location for the speciality coffee company Kaffein

A prime location near St. Stephen's Cathedral

Vienna, 26.04.2022. The already established and popular Kaffein Home Base café in Vienna gets another location: The Kaffein ZEITGEIST will open in a prime location in Vienna's city centre, where biodynamic wine will be celebrated alongside high-quality organic speciality coffees.

Thanks to the brokerage of COLLIERS & COLOURFISH, the new location will open in autumn 2022 – in a prestigious address: Schulerstraße 1-3; in the pedestrian zone directly behind St. Stephen's Cathedral. A unique space on several levels is being created on a generous 380 sqm, where speciality coffee in its many forms will be celebrated daily by an international team of specialists. Kaffein ZEITGEIST's coffee offer will be accompanied by biodynamic wine tasting and many homemade sweet and savoury delicacies, as well as a vegetarian lunch menu. Customers will be able to purchase coffee-specific and lifestyle products. The offer is rounded off by the production of fresh roasted coffee and cold brew directly on site. Naturally, coffee at Kaffein ZEITGEIST is best enjoyed in peace and quiet with a newspaper. For those taking a walk through Vienna's vibrant first district or on their way to work in the early morning hours, Kaffein will also offer everything to-go.

Tanja Tanczer, Head of Retail at Colliers: „We are pleased to have found in Kaffein a coherent and valuable concept for the prestigious location, which will enrich Vienna's coffee house culture with its second location and expanded range.“

Astrid Mick, Managing Director at KAFFEIN: „We have rarely experienced such a pleasant and professional cooperation in the project development and are very much looking forward to the opening of Kaffein ZEITGEIST on 1 October.“
