LIEBESKIND Berlin has moved from Seilergasse 3 to Graben 12

The casual Bag Brand from Berlin has moved to a new location in the best Viennese shopping area: Am Graben 12, on the ground floor of the historic building with a sales area of around 100m². The opening was on 13th November and the brokerage was thanks to the co-operation of the three real estate experts Tanja Tanczer, Head of Retail at Colliers Austria, Anthony Crow, Team Leader Retail at OTTO Immobilien and Sarah Sonnleitner.

LIEBESKIND BERLIN’s story began in 2003 with a vision of a brand that should be like the city it comes from: casual, authentic and unconventional. The aim was to share this attitude with the world. It all started with a leather handbag. Further accessories followed and from 2012, the range grew to include a ready-to-wear collection, glasses and shoes. From 2015, the portfolio expanded to include watches and a jewelry line. The focus is still on quality: every design is manufactured with the best materials with attention to detail and a high-quality finish in mind. The style is the only thing that changes: its finger is always on the pulse - just like Berlin itself.

Tanja Tanczer, Head of Retail at Colliers Austria: „LIEBESKIND Berlin is a trendsetting brand – therefore I am very pleased that the prominent location at Graben 12 in the heart of Vienna will build a bridge to the cool look of Berlin. This internationally renowned brand will encounter an international audience on the highly frequented Graben, which highly appreciates quality and design.”
