"Why not Vintage?" store opening in Vienna's Goldschmiedgasse

Thanks to Colliers as leasing agent, "Why not vintage?" will shortly open a second hand store for luxury brands in Goldschmiedgasse 7a.

Beata Branka, a well-known fashion connoisseur, is the woman behind the brand "Why not vintage?" and can look back on more than 30 years of experience in selling exclusive collections in downtown Vienna. With her new concept, she will present handbags, dresses and accessories from luxury brands like Louis Vuitton, Prada and Gucci on 200m² in the future. The concept "Why not vintage?" is not only trendsetting, but also focusing on sustainability. It stands for selected pieces in impeccable condition and at affordable prices.

"We are very pleased that we were able to find a top location in downtown Vienna in the exclusive area of Goldschmiedgasse for this trend-setting concept. In direct vicinity to brands like Versace, Philipp Plein and Newone, "Why not vintage?" is an excellent upvaluation and complement for the location, which will become even more prestigious in 2023 with the opening of the Rosewood Hotel", says Tanja Tanczer, Head of Retail at Colliers Austria.
