Purposes and statutory regulations of data processing

If you want to become an employee of COLLIERS, meaning you want to enter into a contractual relation-ship with COLLIERS, you are obliged to provide the personal data necessary for the creation of this contract. Failure to provide it would result in COLLIERS not entering into a contract with you.

With each potential recipient, we have signed the appropriate contract for data processing in accordance with the GDPR.

It may be necessary for COLLIERS to transfer personal data to companies outside Austria and outside the European Economic Area. In some of these countries, the level of data protection is lower than in the European Union.
If COLLIERS forwards personal information, appropriate security measures are taken to ensure adequate protection for the transfer of data. It is possible to obtain a copy of these security measures from your contact person at COLLIERS.

Duration of data storage
Personal data that we process will only be stored until the purpose for which we process it is fulfilled. For application procedures, the data will be stored up to 7 months after the end of the application process if no contractual relationship is reached. In case you give us consent to keep your data on file for future reference, we will store your data until you revoke your consent.
