Ben possesses a wide range of skills, allowing him to accurately and professionally manage clients needs across a multitude of sectors, from large scale shopping malls, multi use portfolios to smaller commercial units, and is accomplished at attending to high profile clients and projects, bringing reassurance to landlords, investors and tenants, creating long-term relationships.
Ben oversees & manages the Property Management Department (REMS) including all tenant and contractor liaison, regulatory compliance, dispute resolution, policy/procedure creation and implementation, as well advising on asset improvements including energy efficiency & profit maximization.
