A civil engineer and established entrepreneur whose career spans over four decades, Sankey Prasad is an eminent leader in the real estate and construction industry. Beginning his professional journey back in 1983, he garnered rich and comprehensive industry experience over the next two decades by working with leading real estate players in India and overseas. He founded Synergy Property Development Services in 2003, which grew to be the largest project management firm in the country.
Synergy's growing presence and Sankey's credibility as a trusted leader led to leading US-based investment firm, Blackstone Inc., announcing an $18 million investment in the company, in 2008. The global private equity conglomerate held a 35% stake in Synergy, its first real estate investment in India. Following Colliers International’s acquisition of Synergy in 2019, Sankey was appointed Chairman & Managing Director for Colliers India. The firm transacts, builds and manages real estate assets for investors, occupiers and developers, and Sankey carries out the pivotal role of driving strategy and growth for the Indian market. He leads a team of 3000+ professionals who provide specialized real estate services including office transactions, capital markets, facilities management, valuation & advisory services, land investments, design & build, technical due diligence, and corporate fitout services.

He now serves as the Chairman & Managing Director, India and Middle East Colliers Project Leaders, wherein along with overseeing the India business, he is responsible for the growth and expansion of the Colliers brand in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) market.

Badal Yagnik is the CEO of Colliers India, appointed in August 2023. Prior to Colliers, Badal held the position of Managing Director, Tenant Representation and was a part of the APAC Executive Leadership at a leading International Property Consulting firm.
Having held leadership roles at some of the most reputed real estate firms, he enjoys an illustrious experience spanning close to three decades. An eminent name in the industry, Badal has represented leading global and local corporates over the years, crafting end-to-end real estate solutions and executing large-scale transactions focused on long-term growth and maximized value. Boasting unmatched proficiencies in business scaling, budget planning, compliance management, and devising and implementing real estate strategies, he has cultivated admirable industry relations.
He possesses a strong sense of business and strategic acumen that allow him to ascertain opportunities and keep pace with the dynamism of the real estate industry. A champion of identifying, developing and empowering talent, he holds a strong reputation for leading high-performing teams towards exceeding expectations and realizing business goals.

After serving as an officer in the Indian Army for five years, Badal transitioned to the private sector and led the Sales and Marketing efforts of a manufacturing firm across India for ten years before beginning his career in commercial real estate in 2007.

With close to 19 years of experience, Piyush is an industry veteran with proven expertise in real estate investments, asset management and exit strategy, deployment and business development. With experience of investing of US$ 2 billion, Piyush is leading Colliers’ Capital Markets business in India and strengthen the market position of the organization with a clear focus on servicing our clients across the spectrum.

An industry veteran with more than 18 years of real estate industry experience, Anant Bir Singh has worked extensively on various aspects of real estate investment management, strategy, and asset lifecycle analysis. As a well-known name in the industry, Singh is adept at managing significant investment and divestment processes for assets, lands, and funds and has led several high-value transactions to drive exceptional results for his clients. Singh is responsible for growing Colliers’ CMIS capabilities and identifying investment opportunities in the region. He is also leveraging his industry experience to expand relationships with clients further while collaborating with experts across the country to acquire new business opportunities.
Nikhil has 15 years of experience in Banking & Hospitality Sector. He has also worked with PE funded hotels groups in mid-market segment to expand their footprint across India & raising funds. He is an expert in Hotel Transaction – Acquisition, Sale, Lease & Operator Search/Management Contract.

Harshad Dhande is the Director | Special Situations | Capital Markets & Investment Services (CMIS) based out of Mumbai. An ardent Asset Management veteran, he has held leadership roles in leading organizations, including Edelweiss Group, ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company Limited, and STCI Finance Limited.
In his capacity as Vice President of Edelweiss Alternative Asset Advisors Limited, he leveraged his expertise to collaborate with Investors to drive deal closures, formulate exit strategies working with Asset Reconstruction Companies, Equity/ Credit Funds, and Banks, NBFCs. In his over 16 years of extensive experience, he has seen entire cycle of Real Estate Investments from deal evaluation, deployment and exit and we are confident that he will go on to sharpen our Capital Markets & Investment Services capabilities at Colliers as well.
Harshad leads the expansion of our special situations and stressed asset resolutions business with his strategic excellence and key proficiencies to strengthen Colliers’ position as a leading Capital Markets advisor. He collaborates closely with the CMIS leaders across the country to originate and solve special situations with transactions from Banks, NBFCs, Funds, AIFs and drive profitability in Special Situations and Asset Management vertical, implement best practices to enhance service excellence, and extend support to different business verticals to achieve shared goals. Further, he will work closely with our business leaders to derive improved strategies that will achieve short-term objectives, keeping the long-term vision of Colliers in mind.

With over 19+ years’ experience, Arpit is responsible for the overall direction, strategy and growth of the firm in India. Arpit enjoys strong relationships with both private investors, Developers as well as local and global corporates and interacts regularly with key clients to uncover opportunities in the rapidly moving market & other cities.
His key responsibility is represents client interests by addressing all service related issues and assisting them counter strategic and operational challenges, plays a very crucial role in strategizing end-to-end real estate solutions for Key corporate occupiers and developers including advice on leasing, sale /purchase. Having in expertise in managing the lease negotiations, lease structuring & closure on their behalf.

With an extensive experience of nearly 20 years, Bhupindra is a highly accomplished leader in the corporate real estate industry with core expertise in Occupier & Investor advisory services leading to cost optimization, expansions, portfolio consolidations and strategic account management for domestic and global Occupiers
Animesh works as the Managing Director, Pune and is responsible for leading the business in Pune alongwith leading the Industrial and Logistics Services business in Mid India region.
His current responsibilities include, providing end-to-end real estate solutions to corporate clients. His position entails assessing client’s requirements, identifying solutions, negotiating financial and lease terms and providing market Intelligence along with working in a lead role to service the real estate requirements of key clients. His role also includes participation in large business pitches including business development. He understands the international standards followed by global clients in his experience to service clients. He has also been exposed to the local market and has proved competent in successfully winning local businesses .
Animesh has lead and successfully transacted over 7 million sq. ft. of prime office space for corporate occupiers across various asset classes and has structured various transactions for lease acquisitions, renegotiations, asset dispositions, sub-leasing etc. Prior to joining Colliers International, Animesh has a work experience of over 16 years working with Jones Lang LaSalle, NAI Global and Vulcan Group. Animesh has diverse experience in the real estate field with key focus on commercial markets and has also been involved in industrial and investment transactions in Pune.
With 20 years of experience, Anirban is an industry leader with proven expertise in leasing, real estate investments, asset management, and new business development. Anirban leads the expansion of our transactions business, including the office services, industrial, retail and data centres divisions in East India.
Throughout his career, Anirban has advised some leading global occupiers, owners, and investors on their real estate strategies. Anirban joins us from CBRE, where he managed the Advisory & Transactions Services and Capital Markets Services for East India across various real estate asset classes for nearly a decade. He grew the business multi-fold during his tenure and established new businesses like Retail, Office Services, Logistics, and Investment services as independent profit centers.

His vast experience and stellar track record across leasing, investments, capital markets, retail & leisure advisory, and investor services for clients across the region is instrumental in strengthening our position in the market and maximizing the success of our clients.
Based in Mumbai, Kunal brings with him more than 13 years of experience in the industry, providing sustainable and customised solutions to his corporate clients, landlords, and institutional investors.
Kunal has a proven track record of delivering large real estate transactions involving some of the most prominent Indian and global occupiers. Prior to joining Colliers, he was part of the Office Services team at JLL.
Based in Mumbai, Nachiket brings with him more than 17 years of experience in the industry, providing sustainable and customised solutions to his corporate clients, landlords, and institutional investors. Prior to joining Colliers, he was part of the Office Services team at CBRE, and he has previously worked with JLL and other hospitality firms.
Nachiket is an expert in developing strategies to maximise business opportunities and acquire new accounts. He has invested in long-term relationships to deliver enduring value to occupiers, developers and investors and executed various large real estate transactions across India.

Neha is an experienced professional with a demonstrated history of working in the real estate industry. Skilled in client servicing, negotiation, marketing management, business planning, sales, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Neha has joined Colliers from JLL India.
Based out of Mumbai, Neha uses her in-depth local market expertise to drive market-leading transactions for the business.

Argenio Antao is an accomplished, passionate and highly motivated multi-disciplinary professional with over 30 years of extensive domestic and international experience, Having begun his career by taking leadership on projects and with his ability to find and implement solutions by thinking out-of-the- box, he has grown to take on greater challenges through developing innovative solutions and implementation strategies
As the Chief Operating Officer for Project Management Services, India, he has the overall responsibility for the technology, policies, systems and procedures in India. He also leads the Health and Safety as well as the Quality verticals across all projects.
His success in the workplace is a result of his strong passion and ability to lead and motivate the team to go beyond their perceived capabilities, through providing strategic vision and engaging them to always look at the bigger picture.
A seasoned Project Management professional, Indranil Basu has over 23 years of diverse real estate experience in delivering complex and acclaimed projects in India and abroad. He provides leadership and strategic guidance on various aspects of development management across all asset classes. Indranil Basu is a highly meticulous, disciplined and passionate professional with strong emphasis on developing innovative business strategies.
As the Head of Southern India Project Management and design business, Indranil Basu leads a team of competent and seasoned professionals. He has a proven delivery track record and first-hand knowledge of the entire real estate business. His expertise lies in bringing maximum value for his Clients through innovation in product positioning and technology, and integrating international standards, thereby augmenting operational efficiency and user satisfaction.

Taha Ansari is a highly experienced professional with close to three decades of experience in the Real Estate industry.
Based in North India currently, he is leading and managing all aspects of the Project Management Service Line in North & East India including financial planning, profitability, client relationships and new business.
Prior to starting at Colliers, he was a shareholding Director in Synergy and delivered projects in North India, Middle East and East Africa, across diverse asset classes.
His expertise is in Project Management and he has helped clients in delivering award-winning projects. He has delivered marquee projects, such as Select Citywalk (New Delhi), Medicity Hospital (Gurugram), Medanta Awadh (Lucknow), Pullman Hotel now “Le Meridien” (Gurugram), The Verandas – a Luxury Apartment, Vision City (Kigali) with many other projects across the region.
Prior to Synergy, he had worked for TCG Developments India, where he was leading a team of Engineers, Architects & Planners to lead projects, like Manor Hotel (Delhi), First India Place (Gurugram) and also offered support in driving growth.

Arnab Ghosh is a highly experienced real estate professional with over two decade of experience in the industry. Arnab has extensive exposure in managing various aspects of project development including design, cost and construction management across various asset classes. Over the last decade he had led various teams to deliver more than 10 million sft of fitted out spaces for corporate clients across India. The delivery models for these projects vary from classical project management to design and build and even warranted maximum price models.
As National Director and with his domain expertise he will collaborate and lead teams to provide project planning, coordination and quality control throughout the project lifecycle. He and his team are committed to deliver projects as per the Client needs and expectations.
He is responsible for the financial planning and profitability of the vertical and focuses on client relationship and new business engagements.
Jatin is a seasoned real estate professional with over 20 years of experience. Jatin has managed entire aspect of project lifecycle development in multiple Projects executed for Investors, Occupiers and for Developers across India. Jatin has also been part of projects executed in Malaysia, Rwanda and Serbia (when in Synergy).
With domain expertise of design, procurement, cost and overall development he has collaborated and lead teams to provide value-add suggestions and inputs to Developer's. Sharing his expertise, knowledge and leadership skills across multiple Projects, Clients have benefitted through the suggestions made by Jatin on cost, time and buildability. As Managing Director (Technical Advisory Services), Jatin is responsible for overall growth and developing long terms and short-term strategies for business to remain profitable and to ensure culture of Client satisfaction and expanding Client base to accelerate success. His key responsibility includes supporting Chairman, Colliers India on all technical aspects of India's business and effective collaboration across all service lines.
Jatin leads a highly expereiced and dedicated team to provide Technical Advisory Services to provide unbiased techno-commercial advice to investors, lenders and occupiers; for them to take informed decisions. Anil Dwivedi is a highly experienced real estate professional with over 29 years of experience in India. Anil has managed complete life cycle of project management and construction management across all asset classes from start to finish. Over the three decade in real estate industry has led the team from front and delivered more than 30 million sqft in sectors such as residential, commercial/IT , hotels , institutions , retail , mix use developments , ware housing and industrial projects.

An architect with Masters degree in Urban Design, Jayant Vaitha has over 30 years of extesive experience in Design and Architecture of several large-scale projects in India and abroad. As an accomplished architect Jayant has contributed to design of many complex and large scale architecture and Urban Design Projects across the globe . Over last 2 decade in India Jayant and his team have been involved in leading the architectural design and masterplan of many key real estate development in all major Metros including Bangalore & Delhi .
Jayant heads the design Services vertical for Colliers and has been instrumental in spearheading the design team for large scale design assignment for Colliers in India, Middle East and Africa. Design Services vertical offers Architecture, Interior , Landscape and MEP Design as an Indepedent services to Real Estate and Corproate Clients across India and Abroad. As Director - Design Services Jayant is responsible for directing the design team, achieving the Design excellence, client servicing and adding value to real estate projects.
Over the years, Design Services team has achieved many accolades on awardwinning design and innovative concepts in development of Office Parks, Multi-Dwelling Homes, Retail, Hospitality, Large Scale Masterplanning, Sustainable Developments, Landscape Design, Interior and MEP design.
Ashish is an accomplished Architect with over two decades of experience in designing & building Workplaces, Retail spaces, Institutional, mixed use & Hospitality projects. He has worked extensively on diverse portfolio & delivered world class spaces all across India & abroad. With keen interest in Workplace strategy, Ashish is an advocate for high-performance creative office spaces and sustainable designs. Post his graduation in Architecture from RVCE Bangalore, he has diligently pursued innovation, planning, strategy, balance & delivery in the Design practice.
As Director of Interior Design Services, Ashish leads the Colliers India ID portfolio, working to enhance the design and delivery capabilities of the team, strengthening growth and facilitating meaningful client relationships. His holistic and collaborative approach had led to successful project outcomes alongwith building trust with the users. Been in the Facilities Management (FM) industry for over 20 years, instrumental in setting up the FM businness for Johnson Controls in India in 1999. Following that, was heading an Indian FM Company, wherein among the many credentials, notable one was of setting up of an international office for supporting the FM business of a Global Bank. Been with Colliers since December 2007 and actively involved in expanding the FM business across India both organically and inorganically.

Sales and Operations professional who has gained a great deal of expertise across industries like Telecom, Security, Facility management & Real Estate working with organizations like Topsgrup, Property Solutions (I) Pvt Ltd (PSIPL), Kalpataru Ltd and The Wadhwa Group.

Valuation and Advisory Leadership
Ajay Sharma has over 14 years experience undertaking Real Estate valuation and advisory across India, Sri Lanka and Maldives. He has been at forefront delivering accelerated growth and success for clients ranging from private equity funds to government agencies with invaluable and unique industry leading insights.
He has led teams for valuation and advisory engagements pertaining to mergers & acquisitions, restructuring, financial reporting, disputes and litigation including stressed assets transactions under SARFESI and IBC. He has successfully led project financing practice and closed asset transactions Pan India.
He was the team lead spearheading government and judicial agencies requirements Pan India that has involved tendering, online auctions, clearances and possession of assets.
His core strengths relate to property valuation and advisory services for both personal and real properties.. He has also undertaken infrastructure related work where he has led teams that consulted for Smart City projects, Transport Node Modernization program under Ministry of Transportation, airport landside development etc.
He is also actively involved in progressing the cause of valuation profession by being - Member of the Committee for Valuation Standards and Committee on Examination Format Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI); Invited members for Plant and Machinery, Real Estate related standards for India by IBBI and is regular speaker at institutes related to real estate valuation and advisory practices. He has been featured in several media articles sharing insights and advice related to valuations, transactions and investments. Ajay believes in accelerating the success of clients by maximizing the potential of property.
Swapnil Anil is Executive Director of Advisory Services for Colliers International India. He is P&L leader of advisory services in India - overseeing business and operations of India focussing on three regionas - North & East, West & Mid, South
He has over 18 years of experience pertaining to Advisory and Valuation - more specifically in Market Research, Transaction advisory, Business plans, Government advisory, Asset monetization studies, Valuations and other Urban development related Studies.
Prior to joining Colliers. Swapnil has worked with Jones Lang LaSalle (India), Cushman & Wakefield (India), Deloitte and HDFC Ltd.

With over 20+ years' experience, Vijay is responsible for overall strategy and growth of Industrial & Logistics Service line for India. His responsibility includes planning business strategy, leading business development, ensuring delivery of services, managing client relationship, recruit and retain talent, expand market coverage, ensure cost control, achieve profitability and ensure the team conducts the business adhering to the guidelines and policies of the Company.
Vijay has worked across India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh and completed assigments for many domestic and multinational companies. He has advised Occupiers, Owners, Developers and Investors for acquisitions including freehold/leasehold/Built to Suit/land aggregation, Dispositions including auction & closed bid process, Joint Development/Joint Venture, and Marketing of assets. He has also assisted Clients to avail the best package of incentives from Government in addition to acquiring land for them while setting up manufacturing plants.
Vijay collaborates with all Service lines and City leaders for cross business oppurtunities and to ensure seamless delivery of service and provide end to end real estate solution for clients. Vijay also works closely with APAC leadership for Industrial & Logistics Services in Singapore for growth of India Industrial & Logistics service line and Cross border business oppurtunities between India and other countries.

His role also includes participation in large business pitches including business development. He understands the international standards followed by global clients in his experience to service clients. He has also been exposed to the local market and has proved competent in successfully winning local businesses .
Animesh has lead and successfully transacted over 7 million sq. ft. of prime office space for corporate occupiers across various asset classes and has structured various transactions for lease acquisitions, renegotiations, asset dispositions, sub-leasing etc. Prior to joining Colliers International, Animesh has a work experience of over 16 years working with Jones Lang LaSalle, NAI Global and Vulcan Group. Animesh has diverse experience in the real estate field with key focus on commercial markets and has also been involved in industrial and investment transactions in Pune.
With 20 years of experience, Anirban is an industry leader with proven expertise in leasing, real estate investments, asset management, and new business development. Anirban leads the expansion of our transactions business, including the office services, industrial, retail and data centres divisions in East India.
Throughout his career, Anirban has advised some leading global occupiers, owners, and investors on their real estate strategies. Anirban joins us from CBRE, where he managed the Advisory & Transactions Services and Capital Markets Services for East India across various real estate asset classes for nearly a decade. He grew the business multi-fold during his tenure and established new businesses like Retail, Office Services, Logistics, and Investment services as independent profit centers.
