Ondřej's primary goal as director of Design & Build is setting up the business strategies, business development and mainly the assurance of the fulfilment of the client´s requirements and standards. With more than 5 years experience delivering fit-out projects in Czech Republic Ondřej can proved his capability to deliver any kind of fit-out works. Even when Ondřej has focused his career on the Construction Management area, he also has experience as Project Manager, prove of that is the successfully delivered project for Comap company (7,500 m2).
Prior to joining Colliers Ondřej worked at Tétris Design & Build and his responsibilities included:
- Supervising and delivering Turn Key projects including construction & M&E
- Contracting, tendering and preparing price offers including time schedules tendering and project pricing.
Prior to his joining Tétris, Ondřej worked on various residential and commercial projects e.g. Refurbishment of Visitors center of Staropramen Brewery, Villas Troja, Apartment building Salabka and Development at Řepkové pole Slivenec.
As a Design & Build Construction Manager, Ondřej has completed over 26,000 m2 of fit-out works in the last 5 years

Manuel has more than 20 years of working experience in different multinational organizations in CZ and MX, with proven personal development and with achieving company goals and strategies. He is self-motivated, proactive, maintains a high level of energy and work enthusiasm.

Lenka joined Colliers in November 2019 as Senior Designer. Focusing on Spaceplanning and interior design and Lenka brings to Colliers two decades of vast experience and knowhow in design and architecture.
Prior to joining Colliers Lenka worked as SENIOR DESIGNER in Tetris Design & Build from August 2013 till September 2018. Among her responsibilities were:
- Spaceplanning,
- Interior design
- Architectural studies
- Visualizations, 3D modelling
- Furniture selections
Prior to her joining Tétris Lenka worked as freelancer offering space planning and visualizations to her clients
I joined Tétris Design & Build in April 2015 after finishing university in Spain and relocating to Czech Republic.
Since then successfully supported the Design team in projects as ComAp, OCD or SLV lighting showroom, and since 2016 delivered several projects independently.
Among other finished projects are interior designs for Cemex, C2C ,JLL & Tétris office, Workshop space for Google, Douglas Parfumerie, BHM Group, Whirlpool or Doctors without borders in Prague as well as Amazon in Bratislava, MSD in Riga or a lobby design for Strabag in Vienna.
Experienced and specialised in construction management, especialy in construction management of shopping malls, cinemas, offices and detached houses. After studies at the college Martin worked as a construction manager for Norway and France, than he came back to Czech republic and he became a member of a team in Cinema City as a property coordinator, where he worked for 3, 5 years. After this experience he worked one year as a technical manager of five star shopping mall Nový Smíchov, where was main part of a job tenant coordination, refurbishments and getting building permitions.
Kateřina je interiérový architekt se zaměřením na design kancelářských prostor s více než deseti lety praxe v tomto oboru.
Kateřina je zodpovědná za návrhy od počátečních skic a studií až po úplné dokončení a předání projektu na stavbě. Má zkušenosti s prací pro stavební společnosti i s projekt managementem, tudíž je schopná předvídat náklady a náročnost projektu.
Design je nejen její práce, ale i koníček. Ve volném čase ráda cestuje, cvičí jógu a fotografuje.
Kateřina mluví plynně anglicky, španělsky a česky.
