Matyas Prochazka is senior property manager with over 14 years of experiences in in the Czech real estate industry. He draws on a wide knowledge relating particularly to all aspects of the operational management of commercial buildings.
Matyáš first joined Colliers International in January 2015 to run our newly established Real Estate Management Services (REMS) Department.
Prior to joining Colliers, Matyáš worked as a Senior Property Manager for CBRE/EMCM in Prague. In this position he was fully responsible for the daily operations of a number of office, shopping malls and mixed use buildings for international and local investors.
Matyáš started his career in June 2004 with King Sturge Prague, an international real-estate advisory company where he managed a number of office properties. His duties covered the full spectrum of property management services for clients such SachsenFonds and private UK investment funds.

Matyáš has successfully managed several prestigious commercial properties in Prague, such as :
Slovanský dům (mixed use building, 22,000 m2), Stará Celnice (office building 10,000 m2), Na Příkopě 14 (mixed use building 16,000 m2), Bredovský dvůr (15,000 m2) and Fórum Karlín (18,000 m2) or Millennium (16.000 m2) where he works also as an Asset Manager.
Besides this Matyáš has previously worked as Centre Manager and Senior Centre Manager in retail projects OC Šestka (Praha 6), Bondy Mladá Boleslav, Oáza Kladno, and Galerie Fénix (Praha 9).

Between 2003 and 2009 Viktor has worked for King Sturge having managed 6 office buildings in the ownership of CSIA. Between 2009 and 2010 as a member of the team of Cushman Wakefield Viktor has managed office buildings in the ownership of ING Real Estate. In 2010 Viktor has joined the team of EMCM/CBRE and before he left in 2014 he has managed other interesting buildings as Oáza Kladno (retail, CPDP, managed between 2010 and 2012), Stará Celnice (Invesco, 2013-2014), Fórum Karlín (NORTH LINE, 2012-2014) etc.
In 2015 Last Viktor has worked as the head of the Property and Asset Management for Crestyl. Amongst other he has set up all procedures related to the pre-opening and post-opening phases of the retail project Central Kladno.
In his professional life Viktor reached a high level of expertise in all PM related issues including administration, operating, commercial, financial, technical and marketing aspects of the work.
In Colliers I work as a technical manager of the building. Throughout my career I have focused on facility management and I have experience with standard commercial projects, retail centers, manufacturing companies, healthcare facilities, and publicly funded projects. I also worked as a facility management director at Gravity s.r.o. for the Czech Republic and Slovakia, I held the position of Chief Operating Officer of the Facility Division at Cofely s.r.o. (ENGIE). I came to Colliers from Triload Invest sr.r.o., where I worked as director of building management.
I joined Colliers as accountant back in 2011 and starting 2017 I'm also doing accounting for some REMS department's clients.
Zdenka worked as a Financial Analyst at Cushman&Wakefield Prague . Previously spent 10 years living and working abroad . She has an experience with Health Industry in UK , Finance , Warehouse and Logistic Management in Slovakia .
Ivana řídila Property Management ve společnosti VB Real Estate Services Czechia s.r.o. (dceřiná společnost Volksbank) více než 13 let. Má rozsáhlé zkušenosti s poskytováním realitních služeb, vyjednáváním klientských a dodavatelských smluv, vztahy se zákazníky, kontrolou účetnictví a pronájmu.
V průběhu pěti let Ivana pracovala pro Prague Musée Grévin v obchodním oddělení a marketingová podpora.
Petra nastoupila do společnosti Q property na pozici Property Manager a měla na starosti svěřené portofolio nemovitostí - rezidenční nemovitosti a kanceláře. V této společnosti spravovala následující nemovitosti (administrativní budova - Pekařská Office 14+16 - Praha, administratnivní budovy Bohemia Real Estate - města Mladá Boleslav, Strakonice, Moravská Třebová, Frýdek-Místek (admin. budova + byty), Benešov, aj., Technologické centrum - Písek.
Jejím předchozím působištěm byla společnost Discovery group, kde pracovala na pozici Asset Manager Junior. Společnost Discovery group se zaměřuje především na obchodní centra a retailové parky v České republice a na Slovensku (OC Centro Zlín v ČR a OC Centro Nitra - Slovensko).
