Konstantin started his real estate career in 2011 as an analyst for Pinnacle CEE having previously worked at KPMG Slovakia where he spent three years in Transaction Services and Audit.
He joined Colliers' Prague investment team as an associate in March 2012 to further expand his real estate knowledge and experience. During his time in the company he supported the team in several transactions by analysing properties, preparing marketing materials, building cash flow models and coordinating due diligence.
Subsequently, Konstantin moved to a Prague-based Italian/Czech development company where he worked as an analyst and later as head of finance. His responsibilities included preparing financial analyses and investment overviews for projects in the hotel and residential sectors for potential equity partners and banks as well as managing internal accounting and advising and assisting the CEO in managing the company finances.
Konstantin re-joined Colliers in August 2017 as an Analyst for the Investment Department.

Tomáš zahájil svou realitní kariéru po absolvování VŠE Praha. Do IMPACT-CORTI nastoupil jako manažer akvizic nemovitostí se zaměřením na rozvoj podnikání. Jeho hlavní úlohou bylo vyhledávat nové obchodní příležitosti, vyhodnocovat potenciální investiční příležitosti a podporovat celý proces akvizice až po úspěšné uzavření.
Později, jako člen týmu CBRE Sales & Acquisition, Tomáš své znalosti a zkušenosti v oblasti realit dále rozšířil. V návaznosti na své předchozí pracovní zkušenosti se pak jeho zaměření přesunulo ze strany akvizic na prodejní poradenství. Tomáš byl tedy zodpovědný za transakční řízení prodejních procesů včetně modelování, analýz trhu, marketingu, vyjednávání smluv a koordinaci due diligence.
Tomáš se rozhodl své profesní zkušenosti dále rozšířit a v září 2016 nastoupil do Colliers International.
Mark has over 21 year’ experience in the real estate industry and was previously head of acquisitions at Prime Kapital, an integrated real estate developer, investor and operator in CEE backed by MAS Real Estate, a South African REIT.
Prior to joining Prime Kapital, he was he was a Director at Pradera, a specialist retail Investment Manager where he established the Company’s offices and retail asset management platforms in both Poland and the Czech Republic. During his time at Pradera, Mark led the acquisition and due diligence process together with the asset management of 9 shopping centres totalling 148,000 sqm across CEE for and on behalf of the Pradera Central & Eastern Fund (PCEF). Prior to joining Pradera, Mark was Head of Capital Markets for Cushman and Wakefield in Prague, the Czech Republic where he led the acquisition and sale of over €2 billion of assets.
Mark is a member of the RICS and holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Aberdeen from which he graduated with honours.
Během své kariéry Luděk pracoval jako finanční manažer v různých typech společností. Posledních 13 let působil jako finanční ředitel realitní poradenské společnosti JLL v Praze. K investičnímu týmu Colliers se připojil v únoru 2022.
