Pracovní zkušenosti
Připojil jsem se ke Colliers Intl. jako Senior Associate / Industrial a těším se na reprezentaci Colliers při nových výzvách v oblasti průmyslových realit. Více než dvě desetiletí pracuji v sektoru nemovitostí a soustředím se především na akvizice retailových projektů v České, Slovenské republice a v Maďarsku. Během své kariéry jsem navázal pevné vztahy s významnými partnery v těchto regionech, jako jsou Lloyds Pharmacy, Tesco, Lidl, Kaufland a Billa. Moje poslední pracovní pozice byla Real Estate Development Leader CZ/SK/HU v IKEA.

Miroslav joined Colliers in December 2018 as a Director in the Industrial Agency. Throughout almost two decades working in the industrial real estate sector in both the Czech and Slovak Republics, Miroslav has built up strong relationships with the most active players in the region, such as CTP, Prologis, P3, VGP, Panattoni, ILD, Segro, Redstone and others. Miroslav first worked with CzechInvest as Head of Business Properties Promotion Department, and later with Jones Lang LaSalle as Associate Director in the industrial team.
Před nástupem do Colliers v roce 2018 působil Milan od roku 2012 v týmu průmyslových a logistických nemovitostí v Jones Lang LaSalle. Ve své současné pozici je zodpovědný za správu interního systému týmu průmyslových nemovitostí Colliers. Kromě toho zastupuje klienty při jednání s pronajimateli. Milan má rozsáhlé zkušenosti s trhem průmyslových a logistických nemovitostí a podílel se na tvorbě celé řady tržních analýz a studií.
Silvie joined Colliers in March 2016 as an Asocciate. She has previously worked at Cushman&Wakefield as a Consultant in their Office Agency. Silvie has over 6 years of experience in the Czech real estate market (retail and office agency). Her main responsibilities are client representation at industrial space acquisitions, provision of property overviews, financial analysis and assistance with contract conditions negotiations with developers.
Mark has over 21 year’ experience in the real estate industry and was previously head of acquisitions at Prime Kapital, an integrated real estate developer, investor and operator in CEE backed by MAS Real Estate, a South African REIT.
Prior to joining Prime Kapital, he was he was a Director at Pradera, a specialist retail Investment Manager where he established the Company’s offices and retail asset management platforms in both Poland and the Czech Republic. During his time at Pradera, Mark led the acquisition and due diligence process together with the asset management of 9 shopping centres totalling 148,000 sqm across CEE for and on behalf of the Pradera Central & Eastern Fund (PCEF). Prior to joining Pradera, Mark was Head of Capital Markets for Cushman and Wakefield in Prague, the Czech Republic where he led the acquisition and sale of over €2 billion of assets.
Mark is a member of the RICS and holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Aberdeen from which he graduated with honours.
