Business and Educational Background
Dom began his career in Colliers International as a Research Assistant for the Research and Consultancy Division in 2007. In that capacity, he was responsible in generating market reports, competition scanning, highest and best use and feasibility studies for various developers and owners in the Philippines.
He joined the Tenant Representation – Office Services Department in 2013. He was promoted to Associate Director in 2016 leading the Office Services team to hit the revenue target amid a leadership transition. He started heading the Tenant Representation business as the Director in 2017 in charge of ensuring the growth and profitability of this business line. His background in research and the solid client engagement program by sharing #meaningfulinsights thru #meaningfulconversations are the cornerstones of the success of the team.
Except for 2020, which was the height of the COVID19 pandemic, his team consistently exceeded expectations every year since he took over in 2017. The team’s Net Promoter Score (NPS) was consistently high at 90% in the last three (3) years.
He finished the Executive Master in Business Administration from the Asian Institute of Management in 2021. This has given him a thorough understanding and appreciation of corporate strategy and how corporate real estate fits into the strategies of companies.
He was selected to participate in the NexGen CEO Leadership Program sponsored and conducted by the Management Association of the Philippines (MAP) and SGV Ernst & Young. The program covered leading with purpose, placing humans at center, leveraging technology at speed and enabling innovation at scale. He completed this 8-month program in 2022.

Kevin is an Director in the Office Services Division specializing in Tenant Representation and providing optimal solutions for various office space requirements such as expansion, relocation and lease renewal projects.
Since starting in the Philippine real estate industry in 2008, Kevin has been exposed to numerous assignments in property development and advisory and has brought these experiences to his current role in Tenant Representation.
Jen joined Colliers in May 1997 as a Leasing Officer. Initially, she was responsible for marketing retail projects under Office Leasing Management.
Jen transferred to the Commercial Leasing Division in 2006. A key role of this position is to provide property service to top tier clients. Also her extensive background in BPO, KPO, Bank/ Restaurants/ Hypermart/ Other Retail site selection has greatly contributed to her clients requirements.
Ces has more than 7 years of Corporate Real Estate experience specializing in Office Lease transactions with both multinational and local occupiers in different industry sectors.
Ces started as an Assistant Manger under the Tenant Representation Team back in March 2017 and has been exposed to all angles of Office Leasing along with some areas in Retail and Industrial Leasing.
Expertise are in the areas of Client Relationship Management, Project Management, Business Development, and Commercial Lease transactions and negotiations.
Edzen joined Colliers International in 2005 as an Encoder and Researcher for the Corporate Real Estate Advisory Division. He was responsible for updating the department’s database. In November 2010, he was promoted as a Knowledge Officer who was tasked to handle various databases in the Office Services Division. In January 2015, he was promoted from Knowledge Officer to a Negotiator. In December 2017 he was promoted to Assistant Manager. He was promoted in December 2018 to Manager. With his skills learned and relationship with various Developers from being Knowledge Officer, Edzen is now using these to provide his client excellent service.
As a Manager for the Tenant Representation Team, Jinelle is assigned in securing new accounts and doing lease negotiations. She has a proven track record of success in the industry. Vida joined Colliers Philippines in December 2014 as Client Engagement Coordinator. A highly organized and detail oriented with 11 years experience in a Customer-Service oriented industry, particularly complaints handling from people with diverse backgrounds.
Neil is joining Colliers after an 8-year stint at SM Supermalls – the country’s largest mall developer. Most recently he helmed the leasing strategy for SM Center Las Piñas where he was able to maintain 100% occupancy for the property since 2016.
Prior to working at SM Supermalls, Neil managed a team of sales consultants handling the sale of Filinvest properties in Alabang, Taguig, and Makati.
Mitzi is an accomplished real estate professional for close to 25 years. She has held positions in various companies like The Mandarin Oriental Manila, Edsa Shangri-la Hotel, and SMDC as Head of Leasing. She holds an MBA-Regis post-graduate degree from the Ateneo Graduate School of Business and BS Hotel and Restaurant Administation undergraduate degree from the University of the Philippines.
Patricia began her career in marketing as key accounts manager for a multi-line and multi account distributor and eventually assigned for trade activation for below the line marketing events. She later on was tapped to head the international partnership of a non-profit group in Taipei and spearheaded events with top firms, chambers and various gov’t. institutions.
Coming back to the Philippines she found herself in the realm of Real Estate and the rest was history. She has been in the industry for over a decade working on the various segments in the field. Effectively working with top firms in the industry servicing top fortune 500 firms.
She also pioneered one of the top serviced offices in the Philippines and grew the operations into several locations in less than 3 years with 80%-90% occupancy.
In 2021 she joined Colliers Philippines as Associate Director under the office services in which she leads her own team. Apart from this role, she heads the client engagement division and oversees various initiatives of their department.
Currently she is finishing her Master’s in Corporate Real Estate with Specialization in Workplace Solutions.
Vincent Bisuna initially joined Colliers in 2019 as a Research intern under Advisory Services. In this role, he was responsible in gathering and organizing of data needed to generate commissioned market reports.
Prior to returning to Colliers in 2021, Vincent held a lead role executing the operations, marketing, sales, and account management of valuable digital solutions that provide organizations a way to achieve their compliance and governance goals. He has delivered excellent service and expertise to his clients which include some of the top corporations in the Philippines such as the Philippine Stock Exchange, the Aboitiz Companies, ICTSI, Metrobank, Metro Pacific Investments, and the Lopez Group of Companies.
Now back to where he started, he is looking forward to using his experience in bringing fresh insight and making meaningful contributions as an Assistant Manager for Office Services - Tenant Representation.
As an Assistant Manager for the Tenant Representation team, Pia is tasked with securing new leads for the team, transacting with landlords on behalf of office occupiers, and providing technical and documentations support to the division. Pia capitalizes on her prior experience as a Market Analyst in order to advise clients on the latest office market trends and identify opportunities for savings or growth within their real estate portfolio.
Pia joined Colliers in 2019 as a Market Analyst under the Tenant Representation team. As part of the department's internal research team, she was responsible for gathering and analyzing real estate office market data and preparing relevant and up-to-date presentations such as the Colliers Quarterly Office Market Report. She actively contributed in creating client presentations, research materials, and studies that clients need. By analyzing the Tenant Representation business, she came up with suggestions on how to improve efficiencies and take advantage of foreseeable trends in the market and competition. In 2021, Pia transitioned into the role of Negotiator under the Tenant Representation department and has since serviced several key occupiers.
Pia also oversees Tenant Representation’s internal database team which is responsible for maintaining the REConnect platform, Colliers’ bespoke building intelligence and CRM platform where data is hosted on an online platform and used to prepare market insights, source options, and assist in transactions.
Mark's journey in real estate began in 2022 with market sales and advisory roles. This foundation honed his skills, which he now leverages as a Negotiator in Office Services - Tenant Representation. He helps companies achieve their office space requirements, whether it's relocation of offices,strategic expansions, or even renewal of office leases.
Jasmine Margarette Estrella is a BA Communication graduate from the University of the Philippines. Joining Colliers in July 2023, she serves as a Negotiator for Office Services—Tenant Representation, collaborating closely with Vida Samaco and Pia Lorenzo within the same team.
